Just Another Manic Monday

Hey All! Sorry for my absence, I had midterms 2 weeks ago and following midterms was my spring break. Over my spring break I did a lot of hiking, it is quickly becoming one of my favorite hobbies. Also,my absence is due to me starting a new blog endeavor... Expanding Leaves. As some of you may or may not know.. I have a very strong admiration towards tea. I got into tea the summer before starting college and I have been obsessed with learning everything I can learn since. Thus, I started a tea blog to share my knowledge and love with the rest of the internet. I'm not sure if I am going to be updating this one as much, but you for sure can find me over at my new blog! I would love to keep in touch with you all,so I wil be reading your blogs still, and will be updating this periodically. You all have been such great friends and I wouldn't want to stop communication so suddenly! Also, find me on twitter!! I love to tweet. :)
We had a wicked nor'easter over the weekend here in NJ, here are some pictures from that.

The first photo is taken at my high school football field- the flooding was up to the goalposts and well above the bleachers.

The second photo is at a park near my house where usually you can walk across the waterfall because the water is so low...due to the flooding, the water was all the way up to the top of the waterfall.



The final picture is one example of the devastation caused by the storm..it displays a down telephone pole and wires and behind the first, there is another down telephone pole and tree as well. There were tons of trees,wires and telephone poles down.
