Well, these sure taste like that! I found this recipe on Miss Angie's blog yesterday ,and even though I had made chocolate flan with my mom, I couldn't help myself and made these too. Boy, am I glad I did! The cookie tastes a lot like a lady finger type cookie, and the frosting is my own recipe for royal icing( confectioner's sugar,cream cheese,butter and milk). Also , I stupidly sliced my finger on the cookie cutter- it was a nice clean cut that bled immediately, but i'm fine :)

Yay! I'm glad you liked them! I'm going to have to make homemade frosting next time, I feel like a cheater using store bought. LOL
